Sadly for myself my flatmate Tiana is moving to Japan so I am looking for a new housemate to replace them.

About me, my name is Kieran(33) i'm a planning consultant from Guildford, I love to cook, hike, travel and enjoy films/gaming. I'm fairly chilled but sociable and enjoy meeting new people!
My housemate is Irina who is a music journalist from Russia.

The flat is cosy and in a great location, literally just off the desirable Northcote Road! Surrounded by many cafes & pubs.

The flat is on the third floor of a quiet block and comprises a separate bath/shower and toilet, 3 bedrooms, newly fitted kitchen with a pantry and dishwasher and a living room with two sofas, dining table and feature fireplace.

Rent for the room is £700 not including bills. Bills are usually £100-£150 a month (this includes; council tax(Wandsworth borough), broadband, water, gas & electricity as well as covering costs for cleaning supplies, loo roll etc). Deposit is £750

Our landlord is super relaxed and proactive when we need something sorted.

The flat is a 15 minute walk from Clapham Junction and 15-20 minute walk from Clapham South and the Northern Line.
