Double Room available in lovely victorian terrace

I've got a double room with bed, bedside table and two wardrobes available in SW11. The room is available long term, but we can put a break clause in the rental agreement if desired.

I’m looking for someone that is clean, chill, and good with communication to keep the house a lovely place to be. I’d love for the house to have a friendly/community atmosphere. Very keen to do some shared meals, watch films, pub trips etc.

I do have a cat, who is a year old. He is called Nash and is fantastic.

We are 5 minutes from Clapham Junction near big Asda, big M&S, small Tesco, and all the restaurants/bars of Northcote Road.

The house has been newly renovated (with the exception of a very functional kitchen).

For the room that includes new carpet, new radiators, and it's freshly painted.

The cat is indoor only, so it’s important that whoever wants the room agrees to keep him inside and safe.

I wfh at least 2 days per week, and am in the office Weds/Thursday. Would be great if we had complementary schedules, though not essential - there’s space to wfh elsewhere in the house.

It’s a non-smoking house.

I’ll be around for people to view the room over the next couple of weeks.

I'm a 35yo queer woman who works in Data Science for a retailer, i wfh a few days each week and in my spare time i read, play board games, meet friends, watch Netflix, go to the gym and am currently taking an art class....

Shared bills would be electricity, gas, water, council tax, and internet. I’m also trying to sort out a fortnightly cleaner to keep common areas clean. It's winter, and right now my guess would be bills at £125pcm.
