Double bedroom in townhouse with amazing garden

🏡Looking for a third flatmate for our lovely house in Clapham Junction from mid June.

This is a place where we feel at home and would like someone who can share this with us.
Ideal flatmate would be someone who is super friendly, chilled vibes and respectful of personal space. Over time we have made the house a home, and would like someone to maintain and add to that.

No preference to gender. Must be okay with the occasional 🐕 visitor.

Huge kitchen and living room overlooking the spacious garden. There are two desks in the living room, set up for WFH days. Tumble dryer included.

💸Bills are £100 monthly including gas, electricity, council tax and wifi. Plus an extra £16.50 for a cleaner every two weeks.

🗺️2 minutes from Clapham Junction train station (it takes less than 15 minutes to reach Waterloo/Victoria with trains every 2 minutes)
5 minutes from ASDA, Lidl and Boots.
15 minutes from Battersea Park and Clapham Common.

📝This is a shared house contract, annually renewed, with 2 months notice (both for tenants and landlord) and you will need to pass the referencing process conducted by the letting agency.

Lastly, please note that your initial deposit (£646) will be under the "Deposit Protection Scheme" policy.
