Lovely room in Clapham Junction

The house:

Deposit is £1345.

Available room is on the second floor of a three story house, sharing a bathroom with one other. The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed & wardrobe. The bed shown in the photo is not the bed staying, I kept in storage as I had my own.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Clapham Junction station and 10 minutes walk to Northcote road so very well connected for trains and buses.

£1100 for the room, not including bills. Bills come to around £100-£120 a month.

I am moving in with my boyfriend, hence moving ☺️

Super chilled and friendly house with two women, who leave things how they’d like to find them, but also don’t mind folding each others washing etc. if needs be! We love watching trash tv with a glass of wine, or popping to the pub if we fancy it, but both lead independent lives and generally speaking, have quite a quiet home life so would like that to continue! We both work from the office 3-4 days a week so looking for someone who works from the office a few days a week too.

Jenny (32), Scottish, works in Events and is into running, a good look round Zara & a few Aperols.

Jessie (31), English, EA, loves Pilates.

Our landlord is incredibly responsive.

Jenny & Jessie both have access to the account and plan to hold viewings this week and next week.
