Double room available just off Northcote Road!

Hey all, room in Clapham junction, just off Northcote Road is becoming available from mid June (happy to discuss flexibility). Our old flatmate is moving in with their Partner. Sharing with two young professionals in their mid-20s looking for a third housemate (aged 25+) to join a lovely, relaxed flat.

The available double room comes with loads of built in storage and natural light – perfect for working from home or just unwinding after a day out. The flat has a cozy shared living room, a modern kitchen, and all the essentials (including a dishwasher and washing machine). We have two separate toilets and separate shower/bathroom.

The 2 girls are both easygoing, social, and love a good Netflix night or pub trip. They are looking for someone with fun and chilled vibes who’s clean, respectful, and down for the occasional drink and catch-up.

You need to have a permanent job and be earning over £35k.

Rent is £1000 bills work out roughly at £80-120 per month.
