Stunning double bedroom in Clapham Junction

I am looking for a flatmate to join my tenancy agreement starting from 30th of March.

🏠 Apartment:
It is a beautiful 2 bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms so you will have your own bathroom with a bathtub 🛁.
The place will be furnished by landlord with most of the furniture but it is up to us to make it home, we will also have a private balcony.

It's a new build in Clapham Junction. 5 minutes to train station, gym, High Street itself with lots of stores and restaurants.

👱‍♀️ Me:
I am a 29 y. o. marketing professional who works 2-3 days from home. Pretty active - going to the gym, playing tennis & golf occasionally.
On the rest days I also prefer going for coffee walks, a glass of wine, exploring new cuisines, shopping and casual activities.

👩 You
I am looking someone with similar lifestyle, phofessional with hybrid or fully working from office.
person should be tidy, social, and respectful of the space and its condition as it is on the move-in date. I would like the flat to feel like a home, where we respect each other's space and schedules.

I would prefer a female flatmate 27-32 y. o, so no couples/pets please.

I am also considering to have a small dog in a long run, so you must also be fine with that.
