Beautiful Riverview Flat

This is the best flat I’ve lived in by some distance in my 13 years in London since moving from Scotland.

With warmer weather about to hit, it’s the best time to be in the flat/courtyard/balcony.

It’s a very, very quiet flat and area with a gorgeous open plan living room/kitchen with new dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and oven in the last two years since moving in.

10ish minutes to either Clapham Junction or Wandsworth Town. 1 minute to St Mary’s Wandsworth Pier for the boat into central which is my preference when travelling.

Bills are between £200-£250 per month. (Wandsworth council tax)

No tenancy change charges and the landlord is very responsive and efficient in dealing with anything that has happened.

Current flatmate is moving in with partner.

Looking for someone with their own life in London, is social and works from an office the majority of the week. Flat is sensational for hosting dinner parties, watch parties and sofa works for a friend or family staying every now and again.
