Beautiful Riverview Flat

This is the best flat I’ve lived in by some distance in my 13 years in London since moving from Scotland. And, with sunnier weather about to hit, it’s the best time to be in the flat/courtyard/balcony! (The lapping of the water during late sunny evenings is my favourite thing)

It’s a very, very quiet flat and area. Gorgeous open plan living room/kitchen with new dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and oven in the last two years since moving in.

Would suit someone who doesn’t WFH more than once a week as I work from the flat.

10ish minutes to either Clapham Junction or Wandsworth Town. 1 minute to St Mary’s Wandsworth Pier for the boat into central which is my preference when travelling.

Bills are between £150-£200 per month. (Wandsworth council tax)

Usual charges on tenancy changes to apply and the landlord is very responsive and efficient in dealing with anything that has happened. Current flatmate is moving in with partner.
