One of our flatmates is moving out to go back to Canada so we’re looking for a flatmate to join our 4-person flat share from the 16th April.

- Spacious (split on 3 floors)
- Awesome roof terrace which isn’t overlooked
- Open-plan living room and kitchen with a dining table
- Cute loft room that’s ideal for storage
- Two bathrooms (Mira & Liam have the en-suite so you’ll share the main bathroom with Adele. The spare room, Adele's bedroom and the main bathroom are on one floor so you will essentially have one floor for the two of you!)
- Bills come to ~£78 pcm

The area:
- Three minute walk from Clapham Junction station
- Lively neighbourhood full of young professionals
- 2 minute walk from Northcote Road which is full of bars, cafes, bakeries and restaurants
- Lots of supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance (Asda, Lidl, M&S and Waitrose)
- Plenty of gyms in walking distance
- 5 minute walk to Clapham Common
- 10 minute walk to Wandsworth Common

Current flatmates:
- Mira: a tech consultant who loves cooking, travelling, languages, walks and going to the gym
- Liam: a scientist who enjoys cycling, hiking, camping and crafts
- Adele: a landscape architect who likes F1, rugby, cooking and travelling.
