4 Bed Falt by Clapham Junction Station

We are looking for 4 clean and responsible tenants to take over our lovely 4-bedroom flat for a short-term stay. The apartment has good-sized rooms, with one slightly smaller but still perfectly livable, especially for a short stay. There is a bright and spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is ideal, just a 2-minute walk to Clapham Junction station with excellent transport links, along with plenty of nearby cafés, restaurants, shops, and parks. Bills are approximately £80 to £90 per month. The tenancy runs from 4 May to 12 June. We can facilitate an option to resign but it’s up to you as our lease will end in June. We are open to groups, pairs, or individual applicants, so feel free to get in touch with a bit about yourself.
