Overnight guests are not permitted unless with prior arrangements (females only). We pride in keeping our home clean and tidy and follow a dedicated cleaning rotation.
The initial Lodger Agreement for this room is until August 30th 2026 . A £500 deposit is payable and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy following due process. The monthly rent is £1100 P/M.
