Double en suite room available in Clapham Junction house share. Short term - 2 week stay only.
Location: Clapham Junction/Battersea (5-6 minute walk to Clapham Junction station) plus loads of shops, cafés, pubs etc nearby.
The Room: Bright, spacious room fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk, chair and built in wardrobe. En suite bathroom.
The Home: Clean, relaxed, friendly 4-bed house with shared living spaces across several floors. Large kitchen with open sunny patio at the back. Utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Housemates: you’ll be sharing with 3 sociable young professionals mid/late twenties (1 girl & 2 guys, 24-28)
Available for the first 2 weeks of November. Total rent for the 2 weeks £560 - bills included.
We’re looking for someone reliable, considerate, and easy to live with. This is a great spot if you want a comfortable social home rather than just a place to stay.
