Double bedroom all inclusive

Good-sized double room suitable for one person, located on the 10th floor next to Clapham Junction station.
We are looking for someone clean, respectful, and calm.

This is a quiet flat, especially at night, as I work early mornings, so someone with a daytime/office schedule would be preferred.

Unfortunately, there is no living room.

Cleaning:
We expect everyone to keep shared spaces tidy and clean up after themselves daily (washing up, basic cleaning, etc.). If needed, for deep cleaning, we can decide to arrange a cleaner or you can organise one yourself.
We share this flat for practical reasons, so we’re looking for someone who values a clean and peaceful home.

Please note: we cannot guarantee a long-term stay.

Languages spoken: English, Italian, Polish, Spanish.
