Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into this 2‑bedroom flat, as my current flatmate is moving out. The room is available from 9 June.

🏡 The Flat
The flat is on the 5th floor of an apartment building on Falcon Road. It has a spacious living room and kitchen with plenty of natural light. There is one and a half bathrooms, so while the room isn’t ensuite, you’d essentially have your own toilet.
The flat is great in the summer and is close to lots of pubs, gyms, and Clapham Common.

The room comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe.
Bills are approximately £100 per month, excluding council tax.

I’m 29 and work in Audit, mostly hybrid/WFH. I like having a relaxed, tidy space to come home to. I’m looking for someone who’s easy‑going, clean, and considerate — happy to make the flat feel homely, social at times but also enjoys their own downtime.
