We’re a chilled household, we like to keep things tidy, enjoy our own space, but are up for a chat on the sofa now and then!
We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy-going to take over the room, as we had a last minute drop out.
Bills come to around £100–120 a month – water, council tax, and internet are fixed, while gas and electricity vary as they’re on a meter.
The flat’s in a really good location, close to Clapham Junction station, and the room is cozy and comfortable. The room comes furnished with a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, bookshelf, and bed.
