Double room available in the Clapham!

I am sadly leaving this great house off 8 bedrooms in a perfect location within Clapham!
You’ll be living within 10-15mins of everything including the most well-connected station, Clapham junction.
You'll have bars/pubs on your doorstep, essential places such as a huge Asda superstore! Or if you prefer a super cheap weekly shop then Lidl is your place right round the corner! If you’re into your running, you have Clapham common/Wandsworth common/Battersea Park!
You also have the northern line (Clapham Common) roughly 20-minute walk away.

THE ROOM

It’s a standard double bedroom overlooking the garden, with built in shelves and a built-in wardrobe.
It’ll be furnished apart from the large tv stand which will be coming with me.

GENERAL HOUSE

The house is a good size and even with 7 others it's never felt crowded! Each floor has its own shower/bathroom. You’ll be sharing with the two other rooms on your floor. I've never clashed with them when using the bathroom! But if it's in use we’re not too fussy.. you can use the upstairs\downstairs one!

The living room/kitchen/dining rooms are all one room, very spacious and modern with a patio garden for BBQ's.
As well as your own section in our fridge/freezer section.
We do share our pots/pans/glasses/mugs so if you have personal ones keep them in your cupboard!

THE HOUSEMATES

They’re all a great social bunch but they also respect the downtime. They all work full time, some tend to work from home or weekends.

RENT/BILLS
The rent is £880 (it is subject to change - the house is waiting for a new contract and the house is currently under valuation so a new figure is tbc once that’s done. It should be confirmed by the end of may, unfortunately I don’t have anymore information at this time - it'll be a conversation with the more 'experienced' tenants on what it could likely be)
Bills are £65 each, so I’d put aside that to be safe! During the summer period this will most likely be less.

Rent is paid on the 5th so the room will be available from that date.
