🏡 My girlfriend Casey and I have just got a flat in Clapham junction (only 5 min walk from the station!) the flat is lovely, loads of natural light and a kitchen on the mezzanine level. We have furnished the house so we are just looking for someone to join us!

🛌 The room is an ensuite with a bed already in the room. The bathroom is lovely and has a cupboard for extra storage and there is a double built in wardrobe in the room too. It is £1050 with bills coming in at less than £100 a month. Which are inclusive of wifi, water, electricity, council tax and gas. The room is available immediately. Deposit is £1312.50

💃🏽 About us: I am an accountant working in Farringdon, originally from Gold Coast, Australia. Casey is cabin crew so works away a lot, and is usually only home a few days a week. She’s from Ireland but has lived in Aus for a few years too. We both love to travel, gym, run and get out and about exploring London when we can.
