En-suite double room available in 2 bed modern flat. Bedroom is unfurnished but common areas are furnished. Bills are not included and average £125-£150 per month. Minimum lease of 6 months.

Looking to welcome a new tenant to share with 32 year old female, as my friend (and current flatmate) is moving out of London. I work in finance and enjoy pilates, socialising with friends, visiting new restaurants and walks.

The flat is on the top floor and was refurbished before we moved in 2 years ago. There is underfloor heating in the ensuite, and radiators throughout the rest of the flat. The room is bright and spacious, fits a king bed, desk, chest of drawers plus more, and has storage with hanging space.

Situated between Clapham and Wandsworth Commons, with lots of nice coffee shops, pubs and restaurants on our doorstep. Walking distance to Clapham South tube station and Clapham Junction train station, with nearby bus stops.
