Spacious double room with fitted wardrobes available from the 19th July 2026 in an all female flat situated in between Wandsworth and Clapham Commons. The flat was newly renovated when we moved in two years ago to a high standard, modern bathrooms, kitchen and wooden floors throughout.
The rent is £1250 plus bills which are roughly £150 per month.
The bathroom is shared with one other.

About us
Current housemates are Hannah and Laura, we both work in the city and are in the office 3-4 times per week and would be looking for someone with a similar schedule. We both enjoy running, cycling, gym/ pilates classes and a few glasses of wine here and there. Lots of lovely bars and pubs on our doorstep!
