A large double room with an ensuite in a homely, social flat in the heart of Clapham Junction, available to rent from June 21st.

The room is extremely spacious and includes a king-sized bed and built-in wardrobes for ample storage. There’s more than enough room for a desk, so perfect for anyone working from home! The room includes a modern ensuite, with a powerful, waterfall-esque walk-in shower. There is also a communal bathroom next door to the room.

Downstairs, there’s an airy, open-plan kitchen/lounge get-up which is perfect for hosting guests or hanging about with the others in the flat. Also included is a downstairs toilet, handy for when you don't fancy popping upstairs.

You’ll be living with Alex, Sarah & Naomi, all very lovely people in their mid 20s-early 30s. As a flat, we’ve got a great balance of doing our own things, but we also spend time together at one of the many pubs/cafes in the local area.

Ideally, we’re looking for another guy to replace me to keep the balance, but open to hearing from all. The housemate replacing me should be tidy & respect the communal spaces (we do have a cleaner who comes every two weeks which makes this easier!).

The flat truly is in a prime location. Literally at the bottom of the street lies Clapham Common, which isn’t bad to have as a back garden! We’re also within a few minutes' walk of a range of pubs, cafes, a massive Asda and all the other amenities you could want, really.

The rent comes in at £1162.50pm, with bills separate, ranging from around £70-100pm, depending on the season. The move-in date is earmarked for 21st June, but there can be a bit of flex on that, depending on the situation.
