The flat has a bright shared living room with a 65 inch TV and surround sound system, plus a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is one shared bathroom.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished, as it has previously been used as a spare room and study. It currently includes a sofa bed that folds out into a double with a memory foam mattress, although this can be removed if you would prefer to bring or fit a standard double bed.

Rent is £900 per month, including council tax and water. Electricity and internet are extra and usually bring the total monthly cost up by around £200.
