Bright cosy room available in Clapham Junction/Battersea house.

Our tenancy ends on the 10th of July, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room from the 10th of June until then.

🏙️🛤️The house is a beautiful and incredibly spacious semi-detached home located on a quiet residential street.
📍 4-minute walk from Clapham Junction station (with trains to Waterloo and Victoria in under 10 minutes).
📍 5 minutes from Lidl, ASDA, Boots, and countless cafés, pubs, and restaurants.
📍 Battersea Park, Clapham Common, and the Thames are all within a 15-minute walk.

🏡The house itself is huge, with a massive living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a clean modern bathroom featuring both a bathtub and rainfall shower. There’s also an additional separate toilet downstairs.

🛏️ The room is bright, cosy, and peaceful, overlooking the large garden and set away from the main road. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and hardwood floors. Storage is definitely not an issue here - the house has plenty of space, plus a large shed/outbuilding in the garden for extra storage.

👯‍♀️You’ll be living with Ruth and Jenny, who are both lovely and will also be moving out when the tenancy ends on the 10th of July.
