About Me

I moved into the property in March; however, due to a change in circumstances, I’m now looking for a new housemate to take over the second room.

I enjoy reformer Pilates, trying new restaurants, travelling and spending time with friends. I keep the flat very clean, tidy and relaxed, so I’m hoping to find someone with a similar lifestyle who will genuinely feel at home here.

Rent & Bills

The change of tenancy will be managed professionally through the letting agents, who will prepare the tenancy agreement and oversee the onboarding process. As part of this, the successful applicant will be required to complete the usual referencing, affordability and financial checks.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful, easy-going and enjoys living in a beautiful home rather than simply renting a room.
