Hey guys! We’re sadly leaving our fantastic 6 bed after two years, but luckily for you it’s now up for grabs 😉

Our existing housemate Will (who we can all vouch is lovely) is seeking 5 fantastic individuals to fill the rooms for a social flat share in SW11 (guys + girls).

A bit about the place:
- 6 bedrooms ranging from huge to cozy
- 3.5 bathrooms (2 full bathrooms, 1 en suite, and one toilet)
- Gorgeous SE facing garden, fantastic sun trap in the summer
- Modern kitchen / living room with loads of sun + skylights
- Dining room in middle (we tend to use this for laundry, but table & chairs are included)
- 5 minute walk to Clapham Junction, 10 minute walk to Battersea Park, and plenty of bus routes outside
- Fantastic local pubs in the area (the Latchmere, Prince Albert, Northcote Records)
- It’s a private landlord who is great, comes by whenever we need a fix but isn’t intense at all
- Bills are approx £80pp (Wandsworth council, lowest council tax in the country 🎉)

🏡 THE BEDROOMS:

All of the bedrooms have double beds & space to WFH 👀

1️⃣ £918 - she’s small, but she’s mighty! space for a small desk and a chest of drawers - £1250 deposit required

2️⃣ £1204 - spacious ground floor room with stunning sunny bay windows. the only room on the ground floor (my former room, I might be biased but I’d say the best one 😜)

3️⃣ £1112 - bright and sunny on the upper floor with a skylight & built in shelving

4️⃣ £1350 - loads of storage (4 double wardrobes) and an en-suite with space for a desk

5️⃣ £1122 - middle floor room with space for a desk and great natural light

All of the rooms are available July 19th apart from room 5, which is available around August 5th (flexible).
