- The flat is in a great location, it’s right by the river, a 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction station, 15 mins from Northcote Road, 20 mins from Battersea Park and has great bus links to Victoria.
- It’s a great size with lots of storage and an open plan living/kitchen area, a balcony and also a roof top terrace which is great for the summer.
- Available from 14th June.
- Rent is £1,237.50 per month and bills are usually around £150 per person per month.
- Deposit is £1,312.50 and is logged via DPS.
- Referencing will be £30.

Current Housemate 👩🏼
- You will be sharing with me, Hollie I’m 33 and I work in HR.
- I’m in the office 5 days a week.
- I have my own social life and enjoy going to the gym, travelling, exploring London, seeing friends, trying new restaurants, festivals & I’m a big reality TV fan!

New Housemate Preferences 👩🏻
- I’m looking for a likeminded female who will make the flat a home.
- The flat is a cosy clean space so I’m looking to share with someone who is respectful and will keep it this way.
- Ideally someone who will be a friend as well as a housemate and is happy to hang out with a wine, have a yap or watch tv in the evenings!
- Ideally not full time hybrid and either out 5 days a week or mix of both
- Age 30 plus would be preferred but late 20s are also okay.
