Looking for new housemates to join our lovely three-storey terrace flat in the heart of Clapham Junction.

We have two rooms available:

Room 1 - Double Room with En-suite & Private Balcony (Suitable for a Couple or Single Occupant)

Room 2 - Spacious Double Room (Single Occupancy)

* Generous double bedroom with double bed
* Bright and comfortable space with room for storage
* Shares a bathroom with just one other person
* Desk for work

The Flat

The flat is a three-storey terrace property with a shared living room and kitchen. It’s in an amazing location, just a 5-minute walk from Clapham Junction station and the restaurants, cafes and shops along Northcote Road.

Bills are approximately £100–£150 per month, depending on usage.

Council Tax: Wandsworth Borough.

I’m Emily, originally from Australia, and I work full-time in London. I enjoy travelling, keeping active, exploring the city, catching up with friends, and the occasional movie or TV binge.

I’m looking for friendly, considerate housemates who enjoy a sociable home environment while also respecting each other’s privacy and downtime.
