The house is shared with friendly, professional housemates who are aged 29+ but 20’s and 30’s is the target age. The house benefits from two bathrooms and a cute little garden which is perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. The garden also has a washing line for hanging clothes in the summer. There is a Londis convenience store just a 20 second walk from the property which is so convenient and reasonably priced.

The available room is located at the rear of the property, away from the road, making it particularly quiet and peaceful. It comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe with built-in drawers, offering plenty of storage space.

I’m also happy to leave behind some additional furniture for free if that’s something you’re interested in (including a vanity chair, drying rack, bin, and other bits and pieces).
