The flat is a three-storey terrace property with a shared living room and kitchen. It’s in an amazing location, just a 5-minute walk from Clapham Junction station and the restaurants, cafes and shops along Northcote Road.

Bills are approximately £100–£150 per month, depending on usage.

Council Tax: Wandsworth Borough.

Kiera and Steve are a couple from South Africa who have recently moved to London. They’re enjoying exploring the city, discovering new places, watching movies and making the most of everything London has to offer.

I’m Emily, originally from Australia, and I’ve been living in London for almost two years, spending that entire time in this property. I absolutely love the area and have been incredibly lucky with the wonderful housemates I’ve lived with over the years. Outside of work, I enjoy theatre, movies, travelling, exploring new parts of London, and trying new restaurants and food spots.

We’re all sociable and enjoy a chat, the occasional shared meal or movie night, but equally respect each other’s space and downtime. The flat has always had a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and we’re keen to find someone who’ll be a good fit.
