Spacious Room with Sink + Garden + Clapham Common

I am away travelling for 2 months from 22nd June - 22nd Aug, so looking for someone to rent my room for those 2 months :)

The house is 10 minutes from Clapham junction, and 2 minutes from Clapham Common which is beautiful especially when right on your doorstep. Lots of nice cafes nearby, it’s a nice street, and you have a garden + garage too.

My room is in the videos attached but in a nutshell plenty of storage space, comes fully furnished with a TV, and a sink which is handy for brushing teeth, morning routine etc.

There’s 4 bathrooms, 3 showers, and a very spacious kitchen with marble countertops.

You’d be living with 5 other guys, so it can get messy, but there are weekly cleaners which is included in the rent.
