I’m moving on to new adventures so have a great double room in a fantastic five bed house located in SW11, which is available from Sunday the 1st August.

The house comes fully furnished and features:
- A fully equipped kitchen, with two fridges and a dishwasher.
- Shared living Room
- Garden
- Two bathrooms, with two separate toilets…so no fighting for the bathroom in the mornings.
- Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Location:
The house is in a great location on a quiet street only a 10 min walk to Clapham Junction. It’s also only a 2 min walk off Northcote Road (although you don’t hear any noise from it), so you’re perfectly located for bars, pubs and restaurants.

Your future housemates:
Living with 4 other professionals aged from 29 to 34 (2 females, 2 males), all working in London. All have their own hobbies and friends, but will always be found watching TV on a weeknight or getting together for events and special occasions like birthdays.

What they’re looking for:
An easy going, tidy and social housemate that’s equally happy doing their own thing.

The boring bit:
Rent for the room is £970 per month, which includes bills, a fortnightly cleaner and communal things like washing up liquid and toilet roll etc.
Deposit is £1000 and a month’s rent will be required upfront, but this means you’ll be covered for August.
