Looking to rent out my room to visit my family over July. Really flexible on duration from 4 weeks minimum with the ability to discuss extension mid-rental.

One minute walk from Clapham Junction station for ideal transport links. Shops and gyms all very close within 5 minute walk.

Housemate Michael is really friendly, likes to socialise a bit in the flat but also very happy giving each other space. Works for the civil service and enjoys playing tennis and going to the gym regularly.
