Hey I’m moving out so looking for someone to take over my room in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat in a converted townhouse with an outdoor terrace.
I’ve been here for 3 years and the location is AMAZING!! Can be at The Northcote Pub or M&S Foodhall within 2mins, Clapham Junction Station within 5mins and a theres a bus right outside to Clapham Old Town that takes 15mins.
You would be living with my housemate Beth (27). We let through Hamptons and they require a minimum salary of £34,500 and the right to rent in the UK. Hamptons will also carry out referencing checks.
