Double room in Lavender Hill social flat share (26-31 y/o) - 7 min walk from Clapham Junction / 2 min from big Asda. Big downstairs social space with open plan living room/kitchen and small patio.

Relatively small room but v. reasonable price for the area. Opposite big Asda and 5 min walk from the lively Northcote Road and Clapham Junction.

The room has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, a sizable storage cupboard under the stairs (perfect for suitcases/camping equipment/general storage!) and a short corridor into the bedroom, which is great for storage also. Happy to also leave the bedside table if you wanted.

Living with 2 x boys (Alex, aged 31 & Doug, aged 30), 1 x girl (Sarah, 26). Alex and Sarah are both teachers, so quite easy if you WFH to use the large downstairs communal area in the daytime. Bathroom is shared with Alex & Sarah as Doug has his own en-suite.

I’m moving out as I’m in the process of buying my own flat! Lived here for the past year and managed to save a good deposit given the price. Great area, really local to shops, nightlife, and super quick commute.

Bills come to £70 - £100/month including cleaner (dependent on time of year)

Looking for someone to move in at the end of July/mid August (TBC - awaiting confirmation from solicitors... but should be able to be a bit flexible!)
