Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I’m moving back home to Canada.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two lovely girls (both 25-year-old young professionals) who enjoy cooking, running, and the occasional movie night in. It’s a friendly, relaxed home, and we’re looking for someone who’ll be a great fit.

The room:

* Spacious double bedroom with a huge private balcony
* Lots of natural light
* Furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers
* Optional folding desk included if you’d like it

The kitchen and living room are fully furnished and well stocked, making it easy to settle in.

Location:

* 5-minute walk to Clapham Junction Station
* 3-minute walk to supermarkets, cafés, and other local amenities
* Quiet residential street in a fantastic location

About you:
We’re looking for a female flatmate aged 24–30 who is clean, tidy, and has experience living in a house share. Ideally, you’ll be in full-time employment and work from the office most days or have a hybrid schedule (preferred but not essential).
