1 Double Room - 4 Bed Flat in Clapham Junction, Adjacent to Battersea Rise and Northcote Road

We’re looking for a flat mate, to replace an existing tenant.

The room is a good-sized double on the first floor. It comes pre-furnished (bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and clothes rail included). The room and the rest of the property are in great overall condition.

The flat is in a great location, just a minute’s walk away from Battersea rise, and around 2 minutes’ walk from Northcote Road. The flat is a ~10 minute walk from Clapham Junction station (with the Overground and National Rail connections, direct trains to Waterloo and Victoria).

As a group of 4, we have been living together for 3 years. Two are leaving the flat this summer, so you will be moving in at the same time as another new tenant (another Male, Anis, who is a university friend of one of the current occupants). We are welcome to a housemate of any gender.

The current occupants are working professionals, working in Finance, Legal Tech and Pharma (Ben, Zak and Anis). Both enjoy fitness (gymming, running and padel), plus gaming and going out for food and drink. As a group, we have gone on a number of skiing and golfing holidays previously.

The room is available from 30 August onwards.
