Double bedroom with en suite available in a lovely flat with 3 friendly girls in Clapham Junction available from 12th July.

🛏️ About the room:
The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside drawers, wardrobe, bookshelf, storage ottoman, fan and heater. There is also an additional flatpack tall bookshelf and small desk under the bed if you need them. The white desk and chair (pictured) is mine but I would be willing to sell them for £60 if wanted.
The room is a top floor attic room with a low ceiling so probably wouldn’t be best suited to anyone particularly tall.
There is a small en suite with a toilet, sink, shower, bath and small wardrobe.
Rent is £780 + bills which are usually no more than £70-£80 a month.

👯‍♀️ About the flat:
You would be sharing a 4 bed flat with 3 lovely girls all in their mid twenties. They all work part time in the office and part time from home. There is a shared living room, kitchen and main bathroom.
The flat is let by a private landlord and no letting agency (hence the cheap rent). The landlord is nice and lives nearby so he can come over quickly if there are any maintenance issues. Rent is on a monthly rolling contract.
