Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a lovely two-bedroom first-floor flat shared with my friend and current flatmate Teresa. Looking for a female professional tenant to join a clean, quiet and friendly household. I’ve loved living here and am sad to go! Move in date ~30 August - 8 September.

Rent is £1,075. Bills are approximately £110–120/month including council tax (Wandsworth Band C), WiFi, water, energy and home insurance.

Average total (rent + bills) approx £1,190 across year, accounting for fluctuations in energy bills between summer and winter.

This is a joint tenancy agreement shared with Teresa, rather than a room-only rental. The incoming tenant will be added to the tenancy agreement, subject to landlord/management agency approval and their standard referencing process, including affordability, credit and Right to Rent checks.
