I’m looking for a tidy and respectful person to stay in my lovely en-suite room while I’m away.

📍Location

- 10 minutes’ walk to Clapham Junction station
- 10 minutes by bus to Clapham Common (Northern Line)
- Great connections to central London, with plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby

🛏️The room

- Spacious room with a queen-size bed
- Desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers included
- Private en-suite bathroom right next to the room
- Both the room and bathroom were renovated last year, so everything is very clean and in excellent condition
- I’ll clear out all my belongings so you’ll have plenty of space for your luggage and personal items

🏠The flat

- You’ll be sharing the living room and kitchen with one Italian female flatmate
- She is a working professional, quiet, friendly and easy to live with
- The flat is calm, clean and comfortable

🤗Availability

- From around mid-August until late September / early to mid-October
- Dates are flexible, so shorter/longer stays are also welcome

- All bills included (bi-weekly cleaner cost included)
- You’re welcome to use everyday household items, kitchenware and essentials during your stay
