Lovely double room by Clapham Common- move in ASAP

Person moving in pulled out last min sooo… We have a lovely, bright double room coming available in our large 5-bed house, 5 minutes from Clapham Junction station and 2 minutes from the common. The room itself comes unfurnished, but I'm happy to leave behind my double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers for a flat fee of £100 - ideal if you want to move in hassle-free.

The house has a large, comfortable living and kitchen area (fully equipped), and a really lovely private garden. There are two shared bathrooms and generally plenty of space for everyone.

You will be sharing with four professional women aged 27 to 34. We keep a friendly, clean, and respectful environment. While we all have independent routines and busy work weeks, we enjoy catching up in the evenings, sharing occasional meals, and relaxing together on the weekends. We are looking for a reliable, tidy, and sociable professional to join the household.

The house is ideally situated in Clapham, just a 5-minute walk from Clapham Junction station and 20-minute walk or 5-minute bus to either Clapham South or Clapham Common tubes offering excellent transport links into central London. It is really close to the common, Tesco and August Bakehouse!
