Room to rent in Clapham Junction (SW11)

🛌 The Room
A double room with LOADS of storage and a nice view of the backyard. There is plenty of space for a desk, and you'll get to share the upstairs bathroom.

The room is unfurnished but happy to sell the bed and mattress this with the room.

📍Location
We're a stone's throw from Clapham Common, on a quiet residential street, a five-minute walk to the Northcote Road and no more than a 10-minute walk to Clapham South and Clapham Junction. There are plenty of buses nearby too which go pretty much everywhere! And there are loads of fantastic cafes/ pubs/shops/supermarkets etc around.

🏡About the house
There are five bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across four floors, with a large living room, dining area, kitchen and garden. There might be five of us, but the house is really spacious, so it never feels cramped. The downstairs living space is great for hosting - see photo below from our Christmas dinner party last year.

We are friends as well as housemates and like doing things together. We are also super clean and organised!
