Lovely double bedroom in Clapham Junction

We're looking for a female housemate to join our lovely home in Clapham Junction!

Our current housemate is moving out, so we're looking for a friendly, tidy professional to take over her spacious double room in our beautifully renovated Victorian house.

The room is on the second floor and comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk and plenty of storage. You'll share a bathroom with two other female housemates, plus there's an additional guest WC on the first floor.

Downstairs there's a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and microwave, plus a separate laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. Out the back is a lovely garden and an outdoor seating area that's perfect in the warmer months. There's also extra storage available in the cellar.

The current housemates are from Ireland, Germany, and Australia, and we all enjoy having a clean, relaxed home to come back to after work. We’re all quite social and enjoy hanging out together, whether it’s on the couch watching tv or going to the pub for a drink. At the same time, we all respect each other’s space and enjoy having our own downtime too, so there’s a nice balance.

The house is in a quiet residential street just a short walk from Clapham Junction station and all the cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops along Northcote Road.

The house is managed by our lovely live-out landlady, who is incredibly responsive and takes great care of the property.
