I have a double room available in a great 2-bedroom flat in Clapham Junction.

The flat is fully furnished, with two double rooms, living room, shared bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Amazing location on Northcote Road with loads of restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby, and walking distance to Clapham Junction station and Clapham South underground.

Looking for a lodger to rent the second room from around Sep 1st for up to 8 months (there's some flexibility on dates, so happy to discuss).

Rent: £1000/month
Bills: ~£150 (council tax band C)
Deposit: £1000

You'll be sharing the flat with me. I'm 31 years old and working as a software engineer with 3-4 days per week working from home. I enjoy running, hiking, cooking and watching films. I'm an easy-going and respectful flatmate, and I'm looking for someone with a similar attitude who will treat the flat like home.

The bedroom doesn't have a desk, so would probably suit someone who doesn't work from home.
