The house

We're a short walk from Clapham junction and the Thames for those lovely sunset walks or/ and to sit and read that book you have always wanted to finish.

There's a 24h Asda, Lidl (open till 11pm), Marks and Spencer, and Waitrose, cafes, bars and great pubs all nearby

Battersea Park, Battersea power station, Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common are all just a quick bike ride away-perfect if you love green spaces or a bit of exploring.

Who you'll live with

You'll be sharing with two easy going professional: a finance professional and digital marketer (ages 28 and 37). We respect each others space , and enjoy everything from outdoors to chilled Netflix nights. There's always someone up for a chat, a spontaneous outing or just some downtime.

Getting around:

You couldn't ask for a better location -Waterloo, Victoria, Earls Court, Westfield Shepherds Bush and Wimbledon are all just 10 mins away by Train Gatwick Airport in 30mins and four bus lines (44, 170,295, C3) Stop right outside the door.

We're available most days after 6pm Just let us know when you'd like to pop by. There is a £150 holding deposit to confirm the room (deducted from 1st Months rent).
