Walking distance from Wandsworth and Clapham Common, and easy transit close to Clapham Junction and only a 10 minute walk to Clapham South tube stop for the Northern line.

My flatmate Rachel has two pets (a little dog and a cat), so whoever moves in must love pets (they are the sweetest)! She commutes in to work with her dog in the week, so also an easy work from home set up.

Honestly I’m sad to have moved, the location is unmatched - you’re close to so many great shops, gyms, cafes, restaurants, pubs, and green spaces around Northcote Road. There’s always a run club, or social tennis, or active things going on in this part of SW London, and it feels so neighborly. It’s also walking distance from Sainsburys, and newly refurbed Waitrose and M&S - with an Asda and Lidl just a bit farther.
