My name's Richard, and I'm looking to find a new tenant to move into my departing flatmate's room in September.

The room in question is a bright, spacious, and beautifully furnished double with ample storage (two wardrobes, a set of drawers, two bedside cabinets, under-bed storage, and shelving) and an elegant adjoining en-suite w/ bath, situated above the rest of the flat on its very own floor.

The property also boasts:

-- A gloriously high-ceilinged living & dining room with smart TV, tons of natural light, attractive furniture/décor and an Everhot electric stove.

-- A spacious kitchen and two bathrooms (including the en-suite).

-- Incredible proximity to Clapham Junction station (5-10 minute walk) and Northcote Road for shopping. We’re also very lucky to have Clapham Common at one end of our road and Battersea Arts Centre (from which you can catch a bus all the way to Trafalgar Square in 30-40 minutes, as well as regular bus services to Chelsea, Fulham, Waterloo etc.) at the other.

Bills usually come out to around £100 per person (allowing for fluctuations in energy prices) and council tax is £51 each, uniquely low for such a central location.
