Double Room in Clapham Junction

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our flat in Clapham Junction from the beginning of September, as our lovely flatmate Chenhao is moving out after 3½ years with us.

The flat is in a gated development right next to Clapham Junction station, with Lidl, Asda, M&S and plenty of other shops, cafés, parks and gyms all within walking distance.

We’re on the 18th floor, so the views are amazing! The building also has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a small gym, all included and free to use.

The available room is a double with a built-in mirrored wardrobe. Rent includes all bills except the electricity: £58 per person per month and the cleaner (every other Friday): £28 per person per month.

You’ll be living with me and Marc. We’re two Spanish professionals, aged 32 and 33, and have been living together for over four years. We’re both gay and have become great friends over the years. We’re relaxed, easygoing and enjoy spending time together, whether that’s grabbing a drink, going on holiday or just hanging out at home, while also respecting each other’s space.

We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, clean (without being obsessive!), and interested in becoming part of the household rather than just renting a room. We’re an LGBT+ household, but we’re happy to live with anyone who is respectful, open-minded and shares similar values. We are not a party house, although we do enjoy going out for a drink now and then.
