Very Large Bedroom off Northcote Road

We have a large double bedroom (5m x 3.5m) to offer in our house just off of Northcote Road in Clapham Junction.

We’re all professionals, working in Engineering, Property Development and Law.

We are ideally looking for another female to keep the house balanced, and someone who is clean, tidy, sociable, but also independent with their own friends in London too!

There are lots of little shops, cafés, pubs and bars right on your doorstep yet it is one of the quietest and safest areas in SW.

With Wandsworth common at the end of our street and Clapham Common on the other side it’s just a 10 minute walk to Clapham junction station connecting you to Victoria and Waterloo in just 10 mins.

Bills are currently £165 per month, this includes: Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax (Wandsworth council), Broadband, TV Licence and a Cleaner that comes every 2 weeks to clean the common areas. With the rent at £1235, this results in £1400 per month for rent and bills. The rent may go up in October slightly along with the bills but we are hoping this is kept to a minimum.

The property is managed by a letting agent; a deposit of 5 weeks rent (£1420) will need to be paid prior to moving in, which will be held by The Deposit Protection Service.

The room is available from Sunday 18th October, there is some flexibility with this but ideally you would take on the rent from this date so that we can have a smooth transition with our housemate that is moving out.
