The time has come to move out of this beautiful house that has been a home to me for the past 6yrs.

I have decided to move in with my boyfriend and although exciting it is bitter sweet leaving such a great house. It’s a real girls’ girl house, everyone is so friendly and sociable, while still respecting each other’s space.

You’ll be living with Rebecca (31), Jem (32) and Sophie (31), who are looking for a female housemate (30+) to take my spot. Ideally someone like minded, social and tidy.

Room available:
* Double room £1,100pcm (excluding bills - approx £130per person)
* Available from 29th September (flexible from 26th September if needed)
* Unfurnished (but the wardrobe is available to buy for £100)

The house is a spacious 4 bedroom property with a garden, located in Clapham Junction just a 5 min walk to the station, 2 mins to the Common or Northcote Road and right next to August Bakery which is a win!
