It's a cosy space with limited room for a desk so this room would be most suitable for someone who doesn't work from home very frequently. There's good storage in the room and in other spaces around the flat. Large kitchen and living area which gets loads of natural light.

The existing flatmates are 25 (female, English) and 31 (male, Irish), both working professionals.

Bills are not included and come to around £120 a month. This includes all utilities, WiFi etc and a cleaner every fortnight.

Can be flexible with dates but ideally needs to be by 18th September!
