We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely 3-bedroom apartment from 15th October.

We’re two friends looking for someone around a similar age (ideally 29–33) who is a working professional, social, clean and considerate and up for being friends!

🏡 The flat

The apartment is spacious, modern and really homey, with plenty of room to relax and make yourself at home. It also has a large balcony and access to a rooftop, which is perfect for making the most of the summer months.

The location is super convenient, with Clapham Junction station just a short walk away, as well as Northcote Road with its great selection of restaurants, bars, cafés and shops.

The available bedroom is a good-sized double room. The room is currently unfurnished, although the existing tenant is happy to sell the furniture currently in the room for reasonable price if you’re interested. You’d be sharing a large bathroom with one other person.

👋 About us

We’re two friends who enjoy being social and would ideally love a flatmate who wants to become part of the household rather than simply being someone we happen to live with. We like going for drinks, dinners, having a chilled night in and generally making the most of London.

That said, we’re definitely not expecting to be joined at the hip! We both have our own lives and appreciate having our own space too.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Rent: £1,150 per month
Deposit: £1,350
Bills: Approximately £110 per month
Furniture: if you’d like to purchase the existing tenant’s furniture, this might be easiest - can discuss price but should be below £200
