Looking for the perfect blend of cosy home vibes and an unbeatable location? We have a room opening up in our bright, spacious 3-bedroom maisonette right on Lavender Hill! Spanning two floors, the flat feels less like a standard rental and much more like a proper home.

If you are an easy-going professional female aged 28–33, you might be exactly who we are looking for to fill this lovely room!

The House: We have a massive, open-plan kitchen and dining area that is fully loaded with plenty of kitchen amenities—perfect if you love to cook, bake, or just catch up over dinner. You will only be sharing the main bathroom with one other flatmate, plus we have an additional separate toilet.

Your room: is a bright, comfortable sanctuary. It comes furnished with a double bed and a seriously comfortable mattress, a spacious wardrobe, and a full-length mirror. The room gets floods of natural sunlight and has extra floor space to easily fit a desk for working from home and/or an additional chest of drawers.
Despite being right on the vibrant high street, the room is surprisingly quieter than expected,
And added plus is that there is a small patio which is shared with the 1st floor flat, which we also use to store our bikes.

The Roommates: You’ll be sharing with two lovely, outgoing, and easy-going women in their twenties/thirties who both work in the advertising sector. When we get home from work, the kitchen usually becomes a social hub! We love to catch up by cooking and eating our dinners together. We relax by watching TV together (preferably the latest Harlan Coben dramas, Great British Menu, or a cheeky addiction to MAFS.)
While we all have our own independent lives and respect each other's space, we genuinely enjoy hanging out and are looking for someone who wants to find a true home, not just a room to sleep in.

The Bills: they are roughly £110 which also includes a cleaner who comes once a month.

Daily Essentials: Whole Foods, M&S, Asda, lidl, waitrose, and plenty of local gyms are all just a short stroll away.
Foodie Heaven: Incredible local cafes, brunch spots, and independent restaurants right on your doorstep.
Green Spaces: When you need a break from the hustle, both the sprawling Clapham Common and the beautiful Battersea Park are within easy walking distance.
